Laptop dell Inspiron 7591 powers on and has no display.

    Laptop dell Inspiron 7591 powers on and has no display. Motherboard is Dell P/N 850TM and also imprinted with 18806-1.
    With original BIOS laptop stays on, fan spins and not display
