    It's
    MSI P65
    MS - 16Q21 VER : 1.2
    This Laptop just worked fine one day before it happened.
    I turned laptop off and the day after that I turned laptop on and it's just black screen !
    however it shows display with external monitor
    what I did but it doesn't solve my problem
    - changed the screen
    - changed the screen cable
    - changed the RAMs.

    could it be BIOS issues ?

    could it be BIOS issues ? - No

    1- check 3.3 Volt and 19 Volt in screen if it is presents or not
    2- check motherboard near connector screen cable for Fuse damaged

    1- I think it doesn't present
    2- here is the picture of near Connector screen cable
    I couldn't find the Fuse.
    "I have another bad MSI motherboard that can use it for replace that one "
