    USB ports are blocked which is why I need ADMIN password to unlock!

    IF you read the entire string, you'd see that my USB ports are blocked and I can't use and external keyboard!!!
    Try creating a new ADMIN password!

    I waited several days and tried entering the password again and it worked after pressing crtl+enter only once.
    Not sure what I did differently this time, but it unlocked the laptop.
    Sorry for the confusion. Your passwords DO work! Thank you!
