    Hi
    How are you, we have come across your listing, was wondering if you can help,
    we have a Dell Latitude 5410 which requires the bios password to be removed,
    we need this to access the boot section so we can change it to then download the new operating system on to a new drive,
    we have tried a known website to try and get the password removed but sadly didn't work, was wondering if you could help
