Dell Inspiron 15 5579 laptop not turn on

    hello
    i try some bios for that from another site but laptop not turn on
    with the original bios backup laptop turn it on but there's no video
    Dell Inspiron 15 5579
    DELL P58F P58F001
    SL KBL-R A00(ROR) 17810-1
    28JFZ

    the laptop gives a video but it takes about 50 seconds to boot
