    I have lenovo x1 yoga 2nd.
After recent update of BIOS to V1.41 and Intel ME firmware to 11.8, laptop doesn't power down completely. When windows shuts, main board keep running and needed to be fource turn off with a press of lenovo reset button with a pin every time.
I asume this is BIOS update issue, so I thought to downgrade. But BIOS update utility always require a system restart to initiate BIOS flashing which is not possible in current situation.
    1. Is there any other way to fource flash (hot flash) BIOS via USB on this machine? Like we have emergency BIOS recovery in many of lenovo, HP and dell laptops?
    2. If this issue is related to intel ME firmware, then how can I re-flash or downgrade that too?
    3. If there could be any other fix for this issue, please guide.
I've done re-installing windows from scratch but no luck. System even won't restart/power off if I do this from BIOS setup screen.
