How to unlock bios password for Lenovo ThinkPad x250

    Hi. I bought a refurbished Lenovo ThinkPad X250 on eBay but the BIOS is locked with a supervisor password. I need to remove the password lock. Can you help me? Thanks.

    Thanks, but I don't know how to do that. Is an eeprom reader a software that can be run in Windows? Is an eeprom reader a hardware and the bios chip needs to be unsoldered for that? Do you have a tutorial or howto that explains the procedure of reading the bios and making a backup?
