Hello. I recently inherited a Surface Pro 7 from a relative who recently passed away. The BIOS has a password set which, I don't know and obviously, can't get from my deceased relative. Everything was working fine upto a point where recently Microsoft released a Firmware update which has caused the touchscreen to stop working. I have tried everything possible at my level (reinstalling the Windows 10 OS, making sure that all of the Microsoft updates are current, etc.) but the touchscreen isn't responding. No errors are showing up in Device Manager. I would like to get into the BIOS so that I can try a few things and see if the touchscreen starts working again. Are you able to help with this please? For information, the following are the details of the Surface Pro:
    Surface Pro 7
    Serial No: 072141693653
    Model: 1866 i5
Any help will really be appreciated
