It is comparable in speed to expensive programmers, and much faster and more reliable than cheap ch341 at the same price. It's called Raccoon Flash Explorer, or just Raccoon programmer. The main difference is that you can make small changes online to the chip, without a full read, erase and write. Replacing the Windows key, password, DMI block, ME region, and other small changes takes 1-2 seconds. And this can be done on any operating system, even via phone. It was developed almost a year ago and is now used by both beginners and professionals when repairing laptops.
