Acer v5-571 not change boot menu

    i have problem with laptop acer v5-571
    Petra UMA MB 11324-1
    the system windows is corrupted
    now i try to install new system but laptop not go to bios and i can not change boot menu
    this is bios problem
    can you check and fix my bios backup
