    Hi Help Please

    I have a Toshiba Tecra R950-1CL with a supervisor password that I do not know.
    If I enter F2 at the Toshiba boot logo, no PC serial number and no challenge code are displayed. It says "Enter the supervisor password or press the [F11] key ..."
    I tried the above method to get a challenge code ([CTRL], [TAB], [CTRL], and [ENTER]), but it didn't work.
    "Not certified" was displayed instead.
    What can I do to display a challenge code on this system
    Thanks in advance for an answer!
