    Hello!
    I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask my question. Anyway, I'm just trying:
    I have a Toshiba Tecra R950-1H7 with a supervisor password that I do not know anymore.
    If I enter F2 at the Toshiba boot logo, no PC serial number and no challenge code are displayed. It says "Enter the supervisor password or press the [F11] key ..."
    I tried the above method to get a challenge code ([CTRL], [TAB], [CTRL], and [ENTER]), but it didn't work.
    "Not certified" was displayed instead. I also removed the power adapter and battery as you indicated, but that didn't change anything.
    What can I do to display a challenge code?
    Thanks in advance for an answer!
