Acer aspire E5-471G not detect the mouse

    Can you help me repair a bios or do you have one that works for me?
    It is an acer aspire E5-471G computer, the problem is that it does not detect the mouse with which it downloads from your page bios attached
    some acer models have to activate or deactivate the touchpad in basic mode or advanced mode
    motherboard is : DA0ZQ0MB6E0 REV: E
