Dell E7240 gets power on one time then power off right away

    this one is a Dell E7240, gets power but wont fully turn on. always flash the battery icon
    one time then power off right away
    MB: VAZ50 LA-9431P Rev: 1.0(A00)
    please can you check and fix my backup bios
