   Please try dell latitude 5510 disabled computrace bios below and reply
   flash my bios atatched,when first turned on, the laptop will be in manufacturing mode.
   You need to go into the BIOS and write down the original service tag (only one attempt is given !!!),
   check computrace make it disabled save it
   Then reboot the laptop into normal mode
