How to Download attachments and upgrade your user account

    To download attachment you need to do user upgrade as below
    (Para hacer el download attachment tienes que hacer el user upgrade asi como las ves soto)

    Problem is that for registering for PayPal account, Pakistan is not listed in the list. Than how I can made the account?
