Hi,
i have the same laptop, so i thought i would be better to post here.
Same situation. Stuck with an admin password.
I got an eprom reader (EPZ2023+) but impossible to get the chip detected.
I found those 2 chips, but to clamp doesn't seem to be in contact with the chip.



I don't see where else i could attach the clamp. Has the chip the be desoldered ?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Game is over for me already then. If i try to desolder the chip i will kill the motherboard
