Lenovo ideapad 720S-13IKB keeps turning on and off.

    Hello.
    I have a Lenovo ideapad 720S-13IKB.It powers on and the CPU fan works but the BIOS is not up and it keeps turning on and off.
    board model is : NM-B491 Rev:1.0
